My story
Last year we had a conversation with George about his autism. Since then, he’s been very clear about what he wants to do with that. He wants to raise money to “make autistic children happy.”He’s also become really passionate about the National Autistic Society and the work they do. Lately he’s been busy putting together a presentation to share with his classmates after Easter, to help them understand autism and how it affects him, and shapes who he is.On the 19th of April, George has signed us all up for the National Autistic Society’s sponsored walk at Battersea Park. Dan, Oliver and I will all be walking with him.The National Autistic Society supports autistic people and their families, offers advice and practical help, and works to improve understanding and services so autistic people can live the lives they want. We’re hoping to raise as much as we can to support that work, and to back George in something that really matters to him.If you’d like to donate or share, we’d really appreciate it.Thank you 💙
